Only you, your coaches, and players you add. Each player opens it with their own link and password, and playbook pages are hidden from search engines. Remove a player and their access ends right away.
What do you collect about players?
Just the name you type in so you can tell links apart. Players don't create accounts, and we never ask for their email, phone number or birthday. That keeps it simple and safe for youth teams.
Can I run more than one team?
Yes. The Club plan runs up to 5 teams, like varsity, JV and youth, on one account and one bill, with plays you can share across every team. Add more teams for $5.99 a month each.
Where are my plays saved?
While you build, plays save as a file on your own computer, so you're never waiting on a connection. When you export, the playbook is published to your LAX-IT account and a copy of your work is kept there too, so you can restore it on any computer.
How do players open the playbook?
After you export, you add each player by name. Every player gets their own link and password. You can text or email it however you already reach your team. No app or account needed on their end.
What if a player leaves the team?
Remove them from your roster and their link stops working right away. That frees the spot for someone new.
Can my assistant coaches build plays too?
Yes. Every Team plan includes the head coach plus one assistant, each with their own sign-in. Club includes 10 coaches across your teams.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything keeps working through the end of your paid month. After that, player links pause, but your account and playbooks are kept. Resubscribe and your links work again.
Is there a free trial of the paid plan?
The free account lets you build a formation and two plays with the full builder. When you're ready to send the playbook to your team, upgrading takes about a minute.
